Whistleblowing

SEREPLAST S.r.l. has adopted an Organization, Management and Control Model compliant with the provisions of Article 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments on the Administrative Liability of Entities – Article 2086 of the Italian Civil Code “Business Management”, aimed at regulating the administrative liability of entities and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations in its processes and activities.

An integral and fundamental part of the Model is the Code of Ethics, which defines the principles and standards of conduct to be observed in relationships between SEREPLAST S.r.l. and its stakeholders. The updated version of the Code is available for download on the company website www.sereplast.it, in the Quality section, Compliance section.

Regarding the application of the Organization, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and subsequent amendments and the Code of Ethics, company stakeholders may report violations and/or irregularities—including potential or attempted violations (whistleblowing)—through the reporting channels established in accordance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023, which implements EU Directive 2019/1937 on the protection of whistleblowers of violations of EU law and national regulations:

2. By post, sending a communication to the Supervisory Body at the Company’s registered office: Via Serio, no. 3 – Casnigo (BG)
3. Through the ANAC (National Anti-Corruption Authority) portal: www.anticorruzione.it

All reports will be handled in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree 24/2023 on whistleblowing, ensuring maximum protection for the reporting party. They will also be treated in accordance with the principles of confidentiality and personal data protection, in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/03 and subsequent amendments.
